From tuk-tuk to van: how the 09:00 drop works

Our earliest crates leave the kitchen at 05:30. Routes are built the evening before from confirmed orders.

Narrow Eastlands lanes still go by tuk-tuk. Main roads go by van. Each crate is labelled with the site, the dishes and the drop time.

At 06:00 each trade client gets an ETA message. If the van is running late, you hear before you wonder.
